Hello, I’m Dawn, affectionately known as the crazy Geordie lady, The Confectionist!

My adventure as The Confectionist began over two decades ago with the creation of innovative confections in a quaint mining village in Northumberland. As an award-winning innovator, I constantly seek the extraordinary to ensure our patrons always have a reason to return. Over the years, I’ve developed a repertoire of unique and delectable recipes, recently expanding to include vegan-friendly fudge.

The Confectionist’s foremost goal at present is to develop a confectionery range that is inclusive, allowing everyone to indulge, no matter their dietary needs. I’ve recently perfected a dairy-free chocolate fudge recipe and am dedicated to refining a variety of flavours and options to uphold our inclusive ethos.
